To the Attention of Candidates who have settled in our University within the scope of 2021 YKS

Dear Students, We congratulate you for choosing our University and wish you success in your education life. Please read our explanations below carefully so that your registration process can be completed without any problems.
 
With the e-government password that you can get from PTT branches for registration via e-Government , you can use  the 'University e-Registration option' that will be opened under the heading 'Higher Education Council' under the services section at www.turkiye.gov.tr  ​​between 4-8 September 2021 . You can do it online by clicking. 
Students who register online through the e-Government system do not need to come to our university on the registration date. No documents, including a high school diploma, will be requested from our students who have completed the registration process through the e-Government system.
 
For Face-to-face Registration Procedures, if our students who cannot (cannot) register via e-registration  , they apply to the Registrar's Office in person or through a proxy from a notary public, with the original of their high school diploma or temporary graduation certificate, until the end of working hours between 6-10 September 2021 . they can. It is not possible to register via mail.
 
In the higher education programs included in the ÖSYS Guidelines, it is not possible to enroll in two formal associate degree or two undergraduate programs at the same time. These candidates cannot enroll in the higher education program they have been placed in, unless they terminate their dismissal from the higher education institution they are currently enrolled in. However; Candidates who are at the stage of graduating in secondary education institutions, associate degree programs or undergraduate programs and will take internship, make-up or single course exams, although they have the right to enroll in our university, may apply to  the Registrar's Office between 6-10 September 2021 , either in person or through a notary public proxy. records will be made. 31 December 2021 Temporary registration of students who do not submit an official letter of graduation or high school diplomas by the due date will be deleted and their original registration rights will be cancelled.
Necessary legal actions will be taken against the candidates who registered by making false declarations, and their registration will be cancelled.

There is a compulsory foreign language preparatory class in the above-mentioned programs. Students who are placed in these programs, who certify that they have passed one of the national and/or international foreign language exams accepted by our University, or who are successful in the Preparatory Class Foreign Language Proficiency Exam to be held by our University between 04  - 05 October 2021 are directly admitted to the first year. Detailed information about the Preparatory Class Foreign Language Proficiency Exam will be announced on our website, please follow.
 
STUDENT INFORMATION SYSTEM (OBS)
Student Information System; It is a system that contains the personal and academic information of the student. Information and announcements about our university will be made through this system as well as our university's web address.
You can access the Student Information System at http://ekampus.tarsus.edu.tr. After logging into the system, you can access the Student Information System Introduction Video.
Login to the Student Information System with a user name and password will be made and as a standard during the first login;

Fall semester course registrations of all first-year students who have won our university in the 2021-2022 academic year will be made by the Registrar's Office. Course registration in other semesters will be made by the student through the student information system.
 
APPLICATIONS FOR EXEMPTION
Students enrolled in our university's programs can apply to be exempted from the courses they have taken and succeeded in the higher education institution they are registered with. Students must apply for course exemption  to the Faculty / Vocational Schools between 04  - 08 October 2021  , together with the transcript and course content. Applications submitted after this date will not be considered.
 
REGISTRATION FREEZE
The rights of the student, who cannot fulfill any of the registration, attendance, application and exam conditions due to an excuse, are reserved after he makes an application for registration freeze and this application is evaluated and approved by the relevant administrative board. Registration freeze cannot be less than one semester or more than four semesters/two years. Registration freezing due to health reasons is outside of these periods.
Students cannot continue their education and cannot take exams in the semester in which their registration is frozen. Except for documented extraordinary circumstances such as serious illness, accident, natural disasters, students who will apply for a leave of absence from education must apply to  the Faculty / Vocational Schools  between 04  - 08 October 2021 . IMPORTANT LINKS TO REGISTRATION
