Results of Students to be Admitted from Abroad to the Associate Degree and Undergraduate Programs for the 2021 – 2022 Academic Year

The final registration procedures of the candidates who have the right to register to our university as a result of International Student applications to associate degree and undergraduate programs between 26 July - 13 August 2021 will be carried out in person or by their legal representative at the Student Affairs Department of our University. The registration process of the candidates will be made between 6-9 September 2021 and if no application is made from the main candidates within the specified period, the reserve candidate list will be announced on 10 September 2021. The registration process for the candidates who have the right to register from the reserve list will be carried out between 13-15 September 2021.
During registration, the originals of the documents they uploaded to the application system and other documents listed below will be requested from the candidates. The final registration procedures of the candidates who are found to be inconsistent or missing with the application documents will not be made.

Documents Required for Registration
1- For candidates who have completed their secondary education outside the Republic of Turkey, the equivalency certificate to be obtained from the provincial national education directorates in Turkey and from the education consultancy/attachment offices abroad,
2 -The result of the valid and verifiable Foreign Student Selection Exams of the state universities in Turkey where the candidate attended.
3- A copy of the original high school diploma approved by the notary public or the Embassy / Consulate of the Republic of Turkey, (Candidates who are in the last year of high school will bring a certified document confirming that they can graduate.)
4- A copy of the original transcript / transcript, translated into Turkish approved by a notary public or the Embassy / Consulate of the Republic of Turkey, (Candidates from Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan will not bring a separate document, since their transcripts are together with the diploma.)
5- Foreign Language Proficiency Certificates (if any),
6- Turkish Proficiency Certificates (if any),
7- Original passport or identity card obtained from official authorities,
8- 4 photos,
9- The original of the GCE AL exam result document of the TRNC national candidates who have completed their entire secondary education in TRNC high schools,
10- A document showing the amount of financial security in order to ensure that it provides the opportunity to continue higher education,
11 -A document showing a valid health insurance throughout their education,
12-For those under the age of 
  a) A copy of the original apostilled birth certificate certified by the notary public or the Embassy / Consulate of the Republic of Turkey, translated into Turkish,
 b) If one of the parents is not present, a translated copy of the original apostille certificate of consent of the absent parent, certified by the notary public or the Embassy / Consulate of the Republic of Turkey.
 
Turkish Proficiency and Preparation Training
The Turkish proficiency of the candidates is evaluated according to the Turkish Language Proficiency Certificate given by Yunus Emre Institute, the Turkish education certificate given by the Embassies of the Republic of Turkey or the documents they receive from the Turkish Teaching Centers affiliated to the Universities of the Republic of Turkey.
The Turkish language of the candidates who completed their secondary education in Turkish high schools affiliated to the Ministry of National Education is considered sufficient.
Students who do not have a Turkish proficiency certificate, who fail the Turkish Proficiency and Placement Exam to be held by our University, or who do not participate in the exam, must take Turkish Preparatory Education.
The Turkish Proficiency Exam will be held on 17 September 2021 for the candidates who have the right to register.
 
Note: Among the students who are placed in programs with a compulsory foreign language preparatory class and meet the Turkish Proficiency requirement, students who certify that they have passed one of the national and/or international foreign language exams accepted by our University or who are successful in the Preparatory Class Foreign Language Proficiency Exam to be held by our University are directly admitted to the first class.
Letter of acceptance
Candidates who have applied to the quotas opened within the scope of our university's 2021 international student program and whose application has been accepted by the International Student Admission and Evaluation Commission and who have the right to enroll in any program can receive their acceptance letters through the online application system.

Note: The evaluation process of the applications of the candidates has been made in accordance with the Principles Regarding the Admission of Foreign Students to the Associate Degree and Undergraduate Programs of our University and the evaluation criteria of the Tarsus University Overseas Student Admission and Evaluation Commission.
