• Reimbursement of tuition fee/tuition for students who have voluntarily withdrawn their registration;
Contribution / tuition fee of students who register and cancel their registration voluntarily are not refunded in accordance with the relevant article of the Decision on Determination of Tuition Fees and Contribution to be Taken as Student Contribution to Current Service Costs in Higher Education Institutions.
• Reimbursement of tuition fee/tuition for students who have made a Transfer;
The contribution / tuition fee of the students who transfer to another higher education institution while being a student at our university is refunded.
• Refund of tuition fee/tuition fee of students who have paid their tuition fee but did not register for a course;
Among the students who pay the tuition fee / tuition fee between the dates determined for registration renewal and advisor approval, those who do not complete the registration renewal process for any reason will be refunded. Excess amounts deposited by students who do not request a refund will be deducted from the next academic year.
• Reimbursement of contribution/tuition paid by the relatives of martyrs and veterans and disabled students who have paid the tuition fee;
In accordance with the relevant article of the Decision on Determination of Contributions to be Taken as Student Contribution to Current Service Costs in Higher Education Institutions and Tuition Fees, students who cannot present their relevant documents during registration or renewal of registration, on the date of submitting the said documents, the student contribution fee and tuition fee they have paid for this academic year fees are refunded.
• Requirements for tuition/tuition refund process;
Students who want to initiate REFUND for our students due to the reasons listed above can apply to the Registrar's Office with a bank receipt showing their contribution / tuition fee. Students who do not have an IBAN number or who do not have an account in their own name cannot be refunded, as the bank account numbers and IBAN information of the students are required during the application.
