022-2023 Academic Year Fall Semester Inter-Institutional (Based on Grade Point Average) and Internal Transfer Conditions and Quotas Application Announcement

Qualifications, required documents, application dates, allocated quotas and other issues for students who will be accepted through lateral transfer (according to their grade point average) in the fall semester of the 2022-2023 academic year in accordance with the relevant legislation provisions of the Council of Higher Education and our University are determined below.
General Provisions
1. Horizontal transfers are made between diploma programs at equivalent level.
2. Students who are in the 10% success rate according to their grades up to their grade in the second education diploma program can apply for lateral transfer to the first education diploma programs.
3. The four-point grading system is used to compare the success grades of students who apply for lateral transfer. The " Grade Conversion Table " determined by the Council of Higher Education is used in converting the grade point averages of the candidates with a different grade point and not specified in the transcript for the quadratic grading system .
4. The student who will make lateral transfer must have a grade point average of at least 2.29 out of 4.00 ( 60 in the 100-point system according to the " Grade Conversion Table " determined by the Council of Higher Education) for the semesters he/she is enrolled in.
5. The student who wants to transfer from open and distance education diploma programs to formal education diploma programs must have a grade point average of 3.15 out of 4.00 ( 80 in the 100 percent system according to the " Grade Conversion Table " determined by the Council of Higher Education). Students studying at open and distance education faculties within the scope of the second university cannot apply for horizontal transfer. ( Click for the relevant official article ) 6. ). In the ranking, if the overall grade point averages are equal, the students' ÖSYM-YKS scores in the year they registered are taken into account.
2022 – 2023 Academic Year Fall Term Intra-institutional Transfer and Base Point Requirements
1- Transfer to equivalent diploma programs within the faculty or vocational school or within the body of another faculty or vocational school within the same university within the quotas determined by the relevant administrative board can be done.
2- In order to be able to apply for horizontal transfer between the diploma programs that accept students at the same level within the university, the central placement score of the student in the type of score valid for the diploma program they want to pass as of the year they took the central exam must be the lowest base score of the diploma programs of other universities in the country equivalent to the diploma program they want to pass. No less than a score is required.
3- Students of our University who will apply for Internal Transfer will make their applications through the Student Information System (e-campus). They can complete the application by following the Application Procedures-Internal Transfer Application menu stages in the Student Information System and filling out the required fields on the screen that will open.
Considerations
*Applications will be received electronically. Applications received in person or by post will not be considered. The originals of the documents uploaded from the online application screen will be requested from the candidates during the final registration.
* The original of the transcript uploaded to the system will be requested during the final registration, and your application will be deemed invalid in case of a change in the transcript.
* Within the framework of the decision of our University Senate dated 20.07.2020, the applications of candidates who have lost a semester/year, excluding registration freeze, and candidates who have missing and unsuccessful courses until the current semester, will not be accepted.
